I firmly believe that the best way to manage one’s life is to set GOALS. This is why I define with all my clients a clear strategy and milestones we want to reach together, during our first consultation.   I use these to develop a customized training program for each of my clients, tailored toward his/her wishes, allowing the client to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame.
 

Everyone is different. This is why a personal trainer takes your individual requirements into consideration and creates a training environment that corresponds directly to your expectations. 
 
Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes, it is helpful to have a friend with you, so you can cheer each other on. Or you may flourish best in a group setting.  My training methods also offer you these types of training choices, so that you can get exactly what you are looking for.

One-on-One or Semi-Private Training

Do you want to work by yourself or do you do better with the competition of a few friends?  We offer what works best for YOU.  You are the client and I am your trainer. We can jog through the parks together and experience an incredible workout along the way or work on precisely what you need to address in your life to make you stronger, leaner and more fit by working on the various functional movements and exercises required.  Each workout is YOUR customized workout.  In this type of training situation, I don’t see myself as the drill sergeant but as a motivation partner who supports you in your goals. I am in the trenches with you.  We want to achieve your goal together, and that is enough motivation for me to work just as hard as you do.

Hard Corps

This is my Boot Camp that I created that has a military style to it.  The name says it all but don't let it scare you.  You will be Hard Core after finishing this boot camp and the challenges it poses to you and your body.  Sessions are one hour in length.  My clients shoot for two to three times per week depending on their schedule.  The fun, challenges and motivation from these classes with others right by your side are incredible.  Do you want a challenge?  Roll call is at 5:30am...don't be late.  $150/month.
